The scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing before any work begins.

Quotations & Payments

Our quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Unless agreed otherwise:

• Projects require a deposit before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion or according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Monthly services are billed in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges where permitted by law.

Client Responsibilities

To help projects run efficiently, clients agree to:

• Supply requested content, images, logos, and other assets promptly.
• Respond to approval requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content they provide.
• Review completed work before approval.

Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines.

Website Projects

Website projects include only the functionality and features outlined in the agreed proposal. Any additional functionality or revisions requested after approval may be quoted separately. Once a website has been approved and launched, any future changes may be treated as additional work unless covered by an active maintenance agreement.

Hosting & Maintenance

Where Bluebird Systems provides hosting or maintenance services, we will use reasonable efforts to maintain website uptime, performance, and security. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Internet outages
• Third-party hosting providers
• Software updates
• Cyber attacks
• Scheduled maintenance

Clients remain responsible for renewing any third-party licences, subscriptions, or services unless otherwise agreed.

Marketing Services

Digital marketing performance depends on a variety of external factors, including market conditions, competition, advertising budgets, and search engine algorithms. While we follow industry best practices, Bluebird Systems cannot guarantee:

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients own the completed website and final design after full payment has been received.

• Bluebird Systems reserves the right to showcase completed projects within our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Services

Bluebird Systems is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluebird Systems shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from:

• Loss of profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing at least 30 days' written notice unless otherwise stated in their agreement. Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Where work has already been completed, payment remains due for the completed portion of the project.

Confidentiality

Bluebird Systems and the client agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project unless disclosure is required by law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any text, images, logos, videos, or other content supplied to Bluebird Systems. Bluebird Systems accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement relating to client-provided materials.
